news2024-01-04

Calum MacDonald is a 3 year old boy who is battling leukemia. Treatments have been unsuccessful so far and he is in need of a bone marrow transplant if he is to survive and will travel to Toronto in December to receive the transplant.

The Weeks U18 hockey team in conjunction with the Nova Scotia U 18 Hockey league are having a skate a thon in support of Calum on Friday December 15th at the PC Wellness Center 7 to 8 PM. We are asking everyone to support us supporting Calum by pledging any amount you can. No pledge is too small. If you would like to support Calum please e transfer your pledge to Weeks President , Anthony Conway,  at  Anthony_conway@ajg.com. Or drop by the rink and drop off your pledge. All donations will go to support the families trip to Toronto for this life saving transplant. We thank everyone for any and all support you can offer.

If you would like to gather pledges and join the team for a skate on the 15th we would welcome that as well.
