22 Players Selected in 2024 QMJHL Entry Draft

Taking place Friday June 7th, and Saturday June 8th in Moncton NB, the 2024 edition of the QMJHL entry draft saw 22 NSU18MHL players selected. Halifax Macs forward Daniel Walters lead the way, as the first Nova Scotian drafted, his hometown Mooseheads picking him 11th  overall. The Macs also lead all Atlantic U18 programs with 10 players selected.

Jacob Hartlin - Halifax Macs, pick 96, Cape Breton Eagles

Max Hanley - Bage Valley Wildcats, pick 98, Moncton Wildcats

Will Cole - Cole Harbour Wolfpack (Hunters), pick 105, Moncton Wildcats

Gavin Sudds - Halifax Macs, pick 107, Halifax Mooseheads

Will Shearer - Halifax Macs, pick 110, Acadie-Bathurst Titan

*Steele Subaru forward Aiden O’Donnell was previously selected in the OHL draft, bringing the total NSU18MHL players drafted into the CHL this season to 23
