Four referees who have experience officiating the NSU18MHL have earned promotions this week. Two will work in the NHL this season, while two will work in the QMJHL.

Alex Lepkowski and Liam Maaskant both worked in the NSU18MHL while playing for, and attending Acadia University in the late 2010’s. They will both see NHL action this season.

Pierre-Olivier Couture and Adam Culbert will join the QMJHL roster of officials. Both worked the NSU18MHL last season, including appearances at Atlantics in East Hants, and the Telus Cup in Membertou.

The NSU18MHL is a proud development league, and placing players, coaches, and referees at the next level is our main goal.
